1) Configure Wi-Fi Hotspot. Capture screen of each step to show the process of setting up the Wi-
Fi Hotspot. Compile your screenshots into a complete report (P3) (15m)

Step 1: Open the setting App.

Step 2: Select hotspot & tethering.

Step 3: Tap on Wi-Fi hotspot.

Step 4: Turning the hotspot feature on and off. Change the network name and password .

Step 5: Ensure that the final output shows that the laptop is connecting to Wi-Fi mobile ,
network.
2) Configure Bluetooth Tethering on laptop. Capture screen of each step to show the
process of Bluetooth sharing. (P3) (15m)

Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth on the cell phone and laptop. Pair the two devices. When these are
discovered by each other, tap on the laptop’s name in the phone, and vice-versa. A
confirmation will be needed on both devices. Tap on Pair.

Step 2: Go to Control Panel->Network and Internet->Network Connections. You will see

Bluetooth Network Connection Connected to Redmi (name of the phone). Disable Wireless
Local Area Network
Step 3: Connect the phone to Wi-Fi; it also works with cellular data. Turn on Bluetooth tethering
on phone.
Step 4: On the laptop, go to Control Panel->Devices and Printers->Bluetooth Devices. You will
see your mobile device. Right-click on it and connect using Access Point
Step 5: After a few seconds, the laptop will show an Internet connection via Bluetooth. In this
case, Internet speed will be limited because of the limitations of Bluetooth technology. This
technique is useful when you do not want to give Wi-Fi password to anyone. Pick a file, then,
perform a file sending operation via Bluetooth

3) Install and run app designed to synchronize your device with your computer. For an
instance, OneDrive or Google drive is used to synchronize devices data between computer to
the cloud services. Perform a synchronization picture from mobile device to the cloud service.

Step 1: Select the Start button, search for “OneDrive”, and then open it:

Step 2: When OneDrive Setup starts, enter your personal account, or your work or school
account, and select Sign in.

Step 3: On the OneDrive folder screen,

select Next to accept the default folder
location for your OneDrive files. If you
want to change the folder location, select Change location - this is the best time to make this
change.

Step 4: On All your files, ready and on-demand screen, you'll see how files are marked to
show them as online-only, locally available, or always available. Files On-Demand helps you
access all your files in OneDrive without having to download all of them and use storage space
on your Windows device. Select Next
Step 5: See and manage your OneDrive files . You're all set. Your OneDrive files will appear in
File Explorer in the OneDrive folder. If you use more than one account, your personal files
appear under OneDrive – Personal and your work or school files appear under OneDrive.

You now have a new white or blue cloud icon (or both) in your notification area and your files
are synced to your computer. Your blue cloud icon will appear as OneDrive –
[YourTenantName] when you hover over the icon.
Step 6: If you want to change the folders you sync on your computer, right-click that cloud icon
in the taskbar notification area, and select Settings > Account > Choose folders. Find other
information about your account and change other OneDrive settings from here.
