Greetings!

The Office of the Rural Health Unit and Family Planning Center will be celebrating World AIDS
Day on December 1, 2022 – Thursday @ 3 in the afternoon. In this year’s celebration
theme: “END HIV, Act for equality para sa Healthy Pilipinas”. It's an opportunity for
people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with
HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from AIDS-related illness including HIV.

Relative to this, the Rural Health Unit together with local government of Silago from its
different offices will conduct “a candle lighting ceremony and flying of balloons” as part
of the commemoration. This celebration aims to create awareness; to echo the
predisposing factors that contributes to the disease to the people of Silago and nearby
in the midst of pandemic.

In connection with this, may we invite your Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairman to
attend and participate in the said activity.

As always, your support and cooperation are key to the success of this endeavor.
