Situation 1: The store's manager/ staff is asking for reviews about a technological
product from customers.

Scene 1: Greeting.

Staff: Hello, are you Lyly?

Customer: That's right, I'm LyLy. Is there anything wrong?

Staff: Last month you came to our store to buy a dishwasher. Can we ask for your
review?

Customer: Of course!

Scene 2: Talking about the pros.

Staff: After a month of using the dishwasher, how do you feel?

Customer: I feel like the dishwasher cleans quite well and it saves me a lot of money.

Staff: How do you feel about the dishwasher's antibacterial technology?

Customer: I feel great that the dishwasher has this technology. Every time I use it, the
bowl feels very clean and shiny.

Staff: Does it save you time?

Customer: Of course It helps me save 50% of my time.

Scene 3: Talking about the cons.

Staff: Is there anything you don't like about this dishwasher?

Customer: It is still defective. I feel like it is a bit noisy and I cannot wash a large
number of dishes at once. I have to divide it into two batches to wash them.

Scene 4: Closing.
