SUBJECT: NOTICE FOR COMPLIANCE OF FISHING BOAT REGISTRATION

AND RENEWAL OF PERMITS TO OPERATE

DATE: 04 APRIL 2024

This is in connection with the compliance status regarding fishing vessels registration in the
municipality of San Vicente, as boat operators/owners under your local jurisdiction are obliged to
register their fishing vessels with under three (3) gross tonnage as per the E.O. No. 305. Likewise,
owners with expired registrations are also required to process the renewal of their permits to operate
to secure an authorized operation, while serving as a safeguard for our local boat operators.
Furthermore, corresponding penalties, if any, must be settled to avoid accumulation of fees.

This action is necessary to ensure that fishing vessels remain compliant with the pertinent
regulations. Thereby we are requesting your utmost cooperation to comply within fourteen (14) days
upon receiving this notice.
