4 Customs: First Travelpost

Hi! My name is Angelica, I live and was born in Villahermosa Tabasco and I am going to mention
some things that you should try in this beautiful state. Some tourist sites that you should visit are
the "La Venta" museum and the "Meseo de Antropología" here you will find monumental pieces
and many species of living fauna that you should know. There are also many types of dishes such
as stuffed plantains, oysters, shrimp and pejelagarto, and many more, all of these foods are really
delicious, you have to try them! or if you like it, there are also different types of pozol and sweets
to accompany it, you could try them if you wish. An event that you should never miss is the
Tabasco fair, events such as contests, shows, livestock and agricultural exhibitions, popular festivals
and "Palenque" are held here, this is the most deeply rooted traditional festival in Tabasco, that
has to be really beautiful! . Also one thing for which we are recognized culturally is for its colossal
Olmec heads, which are gigantic sculptures more than thirty centuries old, some of these are
located in the museums already mentioned above, you can go visit them at any time. I should
never stop feeling proud of the state in which I was born, it is beautiful and has a lot of history,
culture, fauna, traditions, typical things that are really beautiful.
