with you.
We have looked into your school and realized that it might be helpful if we could use our skills and
gadgets to improve your school IT standards in the favour of your pupils who focus on Computer
Science

Executive Summary’

QUAVY Technology is an organization that operates mainly on the installation of software, repairing
of hardware and selling of ICT devices to educational institutions

Our organizational goals are to assist these institutions in creating a user friendly, ICT environment
for them. We also want Mount Pleasant School to be a school which results in the best Ordinary and
Advanced level results due to the use of the ICT gadgets making complex problems easier as the ICT
devices will be used as research tools

Our vision is to see Educational Institutions with students and staff members having access to ICT
tools whenever they are in need of them regardless of their number. We want them to have effective
anti-viruses firewalls to the students and school to in order to protect data from potential threats.

Our long-term goal is that er should be able to penetrate the market and increase our growth from
operating on national level to a global level, world wide by 2030.

Problem statement

Ever since we have been operating, our organization made observations that at Mount Pleasant
School they have only one router which is used by the whole school causing slow rate in the
accessing of the internet and also overloads on the WI-Fi router. It has raised complex problems to
the school as students cannot carry out their research which would help them with their end of year
examinations and the same applies to the teachers as they will noy be able to help assist students
without some research.

Proposed Solution

As QUAVY Technology Org., we are here to assist the school with affordable Wi-Fi routers a well as
installation of ethernet cables which can be used to connect computers in the labs and others would
be using wireless connections from different routers which will improve the internet speeds which
will also increase the students pass rates through the roof as they will using the ICT devices for more
research

Qualifications

We are very good at installing software programs as our organization has skilled and experienced
workers in their departments. Since we started operating our business has won National Awards on
the best Technological company. We also have references from other institutions such as NUST and
St Francis Xavier Kutama College, and so-far we have heard no complaints from our previous clients
and we are not expecting any in the future.
