Step 1: Go to search and type Windows Security.

Step 6: Select the Particular Adjustment Mode > click waste ink pad counter > Check the
Main pad counter & Platen pad counter > Click the Check button > Check Again the Mainpad and
Platen pad > Click the Initialize button
