 This Energization Permit shall stand null and void if said facility/equipment is not energized within 10 working days or any
technical problem / safety hazard arises during energization of the said facility/equipment.
 All remaining PETS comments shall be cleared by Projects Division within scheduled time with intimation to PTD & concerned
divisions.
 Control Division shall inform PTD after energization of equipment/facility.
