Narrator – This Role play is about that a family is watching a television, but they forgot to turn it off.

So,
one of the member of the family realizes and teaches the importance of electricity.

LETS BEGIN!

Narrator – A family is watching a television. But, they are getting bored of watching the jaguar kill
animals.

Family (brother) – Can we do something else?

Family (Mum) - Yeah, It’s nearly dinner time!

Family (Dad) – I am going out to buy some sushi!

Narrator – So, all of them leave the room to do something different, the room became empty but the
television is still on! But then one of the member of the family realizes that this is a waste of energy and
it will cause problems.

Member - *Switches of the television*

Member – why y’all forget to turn off the television? It’s waste of ENERGY!

Family (brother) – What matters? Nothing is gonna happen!

Member – its causes lack of electricity!

Family – Electricity is going nowhere don’t worry!

Member – See, energy is used for developing nations, the need for reliable and affordable energy is
more fundamental. It can improve and even save lives. But without it, power outage may disrupt
communications, water and transportation. Close retail businesses, grocery stores, gas stations, ATMs,
banks and other services. Cause food spoilage and water contamination. So, we should thank Allah
whatever we have and to not waste it!
Family (Mum, Dad) – Yeah, he seems right! We should follow this!
Narrator - THE END! So, the moral of this role play is to save energy, use it in good ways. And
learn from others!
