2.1 Authorization Statement

CSI Testing Laboratory is committed to the establishment and maintenance of management system
given in this manual and implemented by the team members to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC
17025:2005.
The members of the CSI Testing Laboratory strictly adhere to the various quality procedures and
SOPs / test methods / calibration methods as supported by the policies outlined in this manual.
Mr. Nikunj Dhokai has been appointed as Quality Leader and Mr. Nilesh Padhariya has been
appointed as Technical Leader of CSI Testing Laboratory. The Quality Leader is responsible for
ensuring compliance with the management requirements stipulated in this manual. He is authorised
to ensure that the ISO 17025:2005 system is established, implemented and maintained by the
Naman Testing Laboratory team members. The Manager, Supervisor and Chemists give full support
and Co–operation to Quality Leader. Technical Leader assumes responsibility of Quality Leader in
absence of Quality Leader.
The Technical Leader is responsible for ensuring compliance with the technical requirements in the
laboratory.

2.2.1 Company Profile

CSI Testing Laboratory is an independent laboratory located at Francistown and carryout
testing for all intermediate and finished products.
CSI Testing Laboratory is operated by well–experienced technical persons mainly
Manager, Supervisor and Chemists in the related disciplines. CSI Testing Laboratory
is having adequate facilities for testing of products as identified in the scope of
accreditation. The laboratory is equipped with the state of art sophisticated instruments
and latest test facilities. Analysis conducted at the laboratory ensures the process units
are operating efficiently and products meet local and international specifications. CSI
Testing Laboratory receives and analyzes various samples from the Customers.
2.2.2 Scope
This Quality Manual describes the management system employed by CSI Testing
Laboratory to carry out products tests according to established international standard
methods. CSI Testing Laboratory uses this manual to govern administrative and technical
operations in order to achieve high competency in product testing and calibration of
related instruments. This Quality Manual established to meet both the needs and
requirements of CSI Testing Laboratory customers and that of ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
