2. Problem Definition
- 2.1. Business Need: The restaurant currently faces several challenges,
including inefficient inventory management leading to overstocking or
stockouts, difficulty in managing staff schedules efficiently, inconsistent
customer service due to lack of centralized customer data, and inadequate
financial tracking leading to revenue leakage and budgetary oversights.

4. Engineering Approach
