Leave Policy

Types of Leave
1. Sick Leave (SL)
2. Earned Leave (EL)

Calender year is from 1st January to 31st December. Eligible leave is credited to the Employees on the 1st of
January every year.

Sick Leave
1. All full time employees are eligible for 6 days of Sick Leave (SL) in a calendar year.
2. In case adequate numbers of SL are not available with an Employee, he/she can club EL.
3. Intervening National / Festival / Declared holidays will not be counted as part of the leave.
4. SL are not en-cashable.
5. If the SL is taken at a stretch of more than 3 days, the employee has to submit the relevant
medical documents.

Earned Leave
1. All Employees are eligible for 18 days of Earned Leave in a calendar year.
2. If the leave has been planned, it should be brought to the notice of the management 2
weeks in advance.
3. Employees are allowed to carry forward max 15 days of Earned Leave to the new calendar
year.
4. EL Encashment is permitted once in December of every year.

5. Encashment permitted once every year, in December which will be 1/3 of the balance EL
or 6 days, whichever is lower.
6. The amount is subject to income tax deductions at source as per prevailing Income Tax
rules.
7. Employees who are not working for any clients, WFH will be considered as 0.5 leave.
8. Regular filling of attendance book is required. In case not signed, it shall be considered as LOP.
