Content Creation
Products Photography
Logo Design
Designs and Motion Graphics
Social Media Posting and Moderation

Auf Jewelry seeks to utilize Ali Al Sayer Co. services to provide Social Media moderation for their business.
in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree to the terms and conditions as
follows.

Terms and agreement:

Ali Al Sayer Co. will perform a myriad of services designed to boost the social media presence of the client.
Fees are inclusive of all expenses, as long as all work required is within the scope of content creation,
captions, hashtag generation and events BTL.
For the first four monthes of the agreement, customer ordered the silver package,
thereafter, unless the client specifies otherwise, we will provide services consistent with the bronze
package.
Additional fees will be applied incase of requesting any additional services out of the agreed scope such as:
Photoshoot, Video-shoot, model Hiring, Voice Over..etc.

Terms of payment:
The duration of the contract is one year with a monthly payment of 8,000 EGP in addition to 14%
VAT. Payment is due on the 1st of the month for every month of service. Hourly, per-item and one- time
fee options will be invoiced after they are completed and delivered, on a monthly basis.
Method of payment: Cash / Cheque / Bank Transfers.
