COURSE TITLE
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course provides students with activities that will foster and develop appreciation and
understanding of values and importance of rhythm. The individual will learn to respond physically, socially,
and mentally to regular pattern with sounds; it helps facilitate faster earning and more complex rhythmic
movements such as the mastery with basic movements exercise and in all types of dance.
INTRODUCTION
These movements are a combination of the five fundamental positions of the arms and feet whether
the pace of the dance steps is slow or fast.
This module is divided into two lessons, namely:
Lesson 1 - (FEET AND ARM POSITIONS) introduces the basic feet and arms position.
Lesson 2 - (COMBINATION OF FEET AND ARMS POSITION) introduces the basic combination of
feet and arms position.
