FOREIGN LIAISON SECTION FUNCTIONS
 Acts as the RID’s primary channel of communication and point of contact with
Protocol & Liaison PNCO
 Prepare communications and assist on matters
pertaining to visits and courtesy calls of foreign
guest;
 Coordinate with PNP offices/units on matters
pertaining to official transactions with
representatives from foreign embassies and other
foreign government entities and NGOs;
 Prepare reports pertaining to security rendered to
foreign nationals;
 Submit After Activity Report on courtesy calls and
visits within NCR; and
 Perform other tasks as the AC, FLS and C, FLS may
direct.
