Diversity is the main way in the life of everyday people that helps us to differentiate each
person individually and get to know the history, customs and traditions of the family from
which they come.
In my opinion, diversity is the mean of accepting and tolerating the people around us who
come from other regions of the world, who of course have other customs specific to these
countries.Diversity is the way to differentiate our qualities, but certainly also our flaws, this
helps us to create strong friendships,over a long period of time.
Due to the diversity, we manage to form connections with people from different countries,
which helps us in knowing the world, its traditions, customs, but also its history. Of course,
this quality must be recognized internationally to make the world understand how important
diversity is.
With the help of this quality, we will be able to create a better, more united world, which
will be aware of the history of the surrounding world, of the tradition and customs that will
help us in developing knowledge about this.
Encouraging diversity in the workplace doesn't just improve creativity and innovation;
creates a joyful place where every person feels valued. By supporting an environment that
encourages differences, I believe we could creat a stronger world.
In conclusion, I think that in order to create a stable and strong construction, it is
necessary to understand everything that diversity entails.
