 TERMS & CONDITION
Any depreciation in the value of PKR relative to the USD-PKR exchange rate
will be included in the total price of the product, and the customer will bear

the cost, as specified below. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for
any price fluctuations caused by the closing of the port.

Price Validity Price quoted is valid for 5 days from the date of quotation

Payment terms 60% advance, 35% on product delivery & 5% before commissioning.
All payments to be made by crossed cheque or online transaction in the name
of Zynergy Solutions.

However, Due to the port's closure, some transactions may have to be

conducted via cash or direct vendor account as GST invoices may not be
available.

Other Terms PV module size and make may vary upon availability at the time of
confirmation order

Final Price of System will be calculated on USD-PKR exchange rate as at the

date of installation or date of final payment by the customer. Any remaining
balance resulting from additional work beyond the agreed scope of work
which is mentioned must be paid by the customer after receiving an invoice
from Zynergy Solutions before the system's installation at the site.
Operation & Zynergy Solutions will provide one year of free O&M services, and after that,
Maintenance the customer will need to pay for them under a contract.

Zynergy Solutions is an approved EPC company for net metering by the AEDB
(Government of Pakistan) and will guide customers through the net metering
process with their utility provider. However, Zynergy will not be held
Net Metering responsible if NEPRA does not grant approval. Additionally, Zynergy will assist
customers in preparing necessary documentation for net metering, while
customers are responsible for AC earthing, meter name change, sanction load
change, and payment of net-metering demand notice.

Relocation of The relocation of the system from one site to another will be charged to the
System client in the event of a deviation from the design document.

Zynergy’s  Start-up & Commissioning
Scope of work  DC earthing will be provided by Zynergy for on-grid systems, whereas for
(Standard) hybrid systems, earthing is not included in the standard scope of work.
- Details  The provision of 3-phase input at the inverter locations is the
responsibility of the client.
 The customer is responsible for arranging the separation of the
designated load according to their needs on-site. Zynergy's responsibility
is limited to the grid input and inverter output. The respective cables to
be taken to and from only one main DB to identified place where the
Solar Inverter is to be installed.
