TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Proposal Validity: Up to 30 days from the date of this quote.

2. Payment Terms: 100% along with purchase order.
3. Purchase order & Payment to be released in favour of Engineering Technique.
4. Order once placed cannot be cancelled in any case. All order cancellations are
subject to a 25% restocking fee if in case agreed upon.
5. Machine Warranty: 12 months after installation, except wear parts, travel, and
accommodation charges to be borne by buyer.
6. Delivery Time: Approx. 4-6 weeks from initial payment.
7. EnvisionTEC equipment and materials may not be transferred for end use in Iran,
Syria, Cuba, Sudan, or North Korea or to individuals, companies, or governments
subject to EU or U.S. economic and trade sanctions. Distributor and end customer
must comply with all applicable EU and U.S. laws, including export compliance laws.

This business falls under our usual business conditions, which we can send to you if necessary. This
agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is at the
headquarters of EnvisionTEC GmbH. German law is to be applied.
