A. The Buyer issue LOI with Bank Comfort Letter

B. The Buyer and Seller sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

C. Buyer’s Bank or Financier’s bank respond with security payment of guarantee for
total quantity to Seller’s Bank or Financier Bank LC VIA MT700 (Block fund) verbiage
as per Appendix “SPA”

D. Funds are released only after container must have arrive destination
port And all confirmation done by Buyer
