The day that everything changed

What do you think would happen if one day, all of a sudden, your shadow suddenly
gained conscience? Truth is, we're not able to understand the way life works, our brain is
not capable of such understanding, thus we wouldn't be able to comprehend that.

The story that I am going to share with you is going to blow your mind, the way it also
blew mine. Before this happened, everything was just normal, nothing seemed weird.

It all happened when I accidentally misstepped and so, I looked at the ground. The first
thing I saw was my shadow not imitating my moves but just standing still, the first thought
that passed through my mind was " touch it " and so I did, but nothing happened, so I got
up.

I decided to ignore it and just continue walking, after a while I was feeling paranoid, so I
decided to stop once again and stare at the shadow that was now waving at me..? It was
weird, I thought. I couldn't find a good reaction to that. The only thing that I thought of was
that now I'd have to live like this the rest of my life.
