Subject: "Request for Donation of Fans And Water Dispenser Chiller."

Dear Sir,

Serving since 2013, Govt. Teaching Hospital Ghulam Muhammad Abad, equipped with
250 beds, is the only hope of free treatment for millions of deserving patients. The
major population in its vicinity comprises deserving people who can’t afford the high
cost medical facilities. Patients Welfare Society despite all its sincere efforts is unable
to fulfill the medical needs of these deserving patients, as Government Funding is not
enough to meet all the occurring expenses .

As we enter the warmer months, we are deeply concerned about the comfort and well-
being of our patients, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds who may not
have access to basic amenities.

During periods of hot weather, the lack of adequate cooling can exacerbate their
discomfort and hinder their recovery process. As such, we are seeking donations of
fans to help alleviate some of the challenges faced by these individuals.

We understand that your company may receive numerous requests for donations, but
we assure you that any contribution, big or small, would make a meaningful difference
to those we serve. In Hospital we need 5 Ceiling Fans, 5 Bracket Fans and 2 Electric
Water Dispenser Chiller.
