This is to certify that I, RAJESH BANTA owner of the property bearing address, Flat-
302,T-3j2, Maya Garden 3, VIP Road, Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab, India, 140603 have
permitted and allowed the following LLP i.e. RUSH LABS LLP for operating and
conducting their business with the name and style as stated below from the
ADDRESS MENTIONED ABOVE and the consent is provided without any
consideration paid by any of the designated partners.

I, RAJESH BANTA, owner of the property and father of AKSHIT BANTA who is
designated partner of RUSH LABS LLP allow him for using the said address for GST
registration and commercial purpose on rent free basis.

The LLP will be registered in the name and style of

RUSH LABS LLP.

The following are the designated partners of the Company

I further state that I have no objection if the LLP uses the address of the said
