Answer: When working together, no matter how difficult the problem is, it can be resolved
more quickly than relying on only one person. By working together too, team members can
support each other. So, the work will be completed quickly and can achieve the desired

burden on everyone in it. Working together also fosters togetherness, strengthens
brotherhood, and strengthens unity and oneness.

Answer: yes, there have been different opinions, things that are always faced in a team, there
are pros and cons.

Answer: We don't focus on the differences that exist, we are both looking for solutions to
