II. Situational

Jhon saw his friend Jim lying on the time of his arrival at work. Jim was 2 minutes late from their
schedule. Despite knowing this, Jhon turn a blind eye of what happen because he really knew Jim and it
is only the first time that Jim got late. What is the thing Jhon valued the most?

Jhon always prepare himself before going to work. He always took shower, cove his hair, and cut
his nails. Despite of this he always arrived at work on time in every single day. After he finish his works,
he makes sure that her place is neat and tidy. What quality Jhon cherish the most?

Amanda is the one who’s in-charge to turn-off one of the company’s equipment. Whoever,
because she is in a hurry, she turns it off improperly. In the morning, Amanda’s friend who is also her
coworker, found it not functioning and so all the blame was put into her friend. Amanda’s friend is up for
a promotion and the mistake made by Amanda which was then blamed to her friend can affect the
upcoming promotion. Due to that, Amanda decides to say that truth to their boss. What quality Amanda
cherish the most?

Jolly is an owner of a big fast-food chain in the country. Due to some reasons, he can no longer
give the salary to all of their workers. If he still keeps the number of his workers, the business might fall
to bankruptcy. Because of that, he lays off some of the less performing employees just to keep the
business open. What Jolly valued the most?

Mackie lives in a squatter area. He is the eldest child and has 5 more younger siblings. He is also
the breadwinner in the family. After he graduated with a Latin honor in the field of education, he was
given offers to teach in school. On the other hand, his aunt who is working in a BPO also offers him a job
with an almost double compensation offered by the school. Upon weighing the pros and cons, Mackie
decided to work in school because he knows that he can do better, learn and grow in the teaching field
than in BPO.
