Dear , Mercy Maingi

I hope this finds you well.Iam writing on behalf of the first year class committee, to sincerely
bring to your attention our plea.
For a common intention and view of extending our mutual relationship as first year in christian
union of all campuses,we conjuctively held meetings to unite us as well as cooperating in future.
Following the above, the committee of all campuses relently finalized their arrangement and
having thorough discussion on a suitable venue,it was suggested by all members that the retreat
to be conducted at the Tranquil city park due to its serene environment as well as cost
effectiveness.Settled on 1st May 2024.
The committee plans to take 250 of it’s members across all campuses.Each campus is expected to
talk with it’s executive concerning bus arrangements to take its members to and fro as well as
any other fee.Following that, the budget of Parklands Christian union is as follows:Each
participating member to register at Ksh 60 for refreshment which is indicated in our minutes of
the meeting.
Consequently we seek your help concerning raising the amount you can towards the same to
facilitate the refreshment to willing students but who are financially challenged, Also any other
help accorded to us will be greatly appreciated.
