The undersigned has received an instruction from West Bengal Information Commission
vide memo no. 3607/1(1)-WBIC-20011(13)/485/2023-SEC-WBIC dated 07/11/2023 received by
Assessment-Collection (North) Department dated 11/11/2023 (copy enclosed – F/1) to submit a
written statement on the complaint/appeal filed by one Shri Omprakash Barai including a report on
the action taken in the matter prior to hearing.

In this regard, this is to inform you that Office of the then Chief Manager (Revenue-North) &
SPIO has already forwarded the required information to the RTI applicant on 28/10/2015 which
was issued against the queries made in the RTI application dated 15/09/2015 (F/2) and the same
was duly intimated by the then chief Manager (Revenue-North). Copy of the said reply letter is
enclosed for your kind reference (F/3).
The entire matter is placed for kind perusal and further orders please.
