1Ib. linguine (cooked)

1 ¼ cups of Fresh Milk

6.oz Tuna in can (any brand will do)

¼ cups Butter

3 gloves of garlic

2 tablespoon parsley (chopped)

¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

Salt and Ground Black Pepper

Carbonara

500 grams Fettuccine Pasta

1 cup Cooking Cream

1 cup Fresh Milk

1 cup Slice Mushroom

1 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 pc. Onion Diced

4 cloves of Diced Garlic

20 grams of Butter

1 pc. Egg Yolk

2 tbsp. Oil

1 tbsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

100 grams Diced Ham Fried

100 grams Diced Bacon Crispy Fried

Chopped Parsley optional

Water for pasta boiling.

DESSERT
CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE

125g / 4 oz dark chocolate chips

100g / 7 tbsp butter , salted (or unsalted butter + 1/4 tsp salt)

275 g white sugar , caster / superfine best

65 ml oil (vegetable, canola)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs , at room temperature

17 g cocoa powder

150 g flour , plain / all purpose

1 tsp baking powder

250 ml boiling hot water

1 tbsp coffee granules

GANACHE:

250 ml heavy / thickened cream , 30%+ fat

250g / 8 oz dark chocolate chips

AVOCADO GRAHAM

2 avocados peeled and pit removed

1 can 300ml condensed milk

1 can 370ml crema-asada

1 pack 250ml all-purpose cream

2 packs graham crackers

1 pack crushed grahams

1 to 2 avocados sliced for topping

HAM AND EGG SANDWHICH

2 slices whole grain bread

2 teaspoons butter
2 slices Swiss cheese

2 thin slices ham

1 teaspoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon whole grain mustard

DRINKS

BANANA MANGO YOGURT SMOOTHIE

½ cup Greek Yogurt (or coconut milk)

1 cup *peeled* and *chopped* cucumber (standard or English cucumber)

1 ripe Banana, broken into pieces

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 handful spinach leaves

10 ice cubes

1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice (optional)

CUCUMBER LIME SMOOTHIE

4 cucumbers, peeled and cut into pieces

½ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice

4 tablespoons sugar

2 cups ice
