Sir:

I have the honour to request for transfer of assignment from DR. ANTERO M. NAZARENO
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Terraplin, San Pascual, Masbate to VALPARAISO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,
Valparaiso, San Fernando, Masbate considering the following reasons:

1. Being distantly located from my family, my obligations as a husband are definitely hard to carry
out especially in times of emergencies. I am presently assigned at DR. ANTERO M. NAZARENO
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, San Pascual North District, Burias Island, San Pascual, Masbate for 7 years.

2. My wife is also a public school teacher currently assigned at VALPARAISO ELEMENTARY

SCHOOL, San Fernando District, Ticao Island, San Fernando, Masbate. Therefore, We are entitled
of the RA No. 4670 Section 11 in which all married couples both whom are public teachers are to
be assigned in the same school/locality.

3. It has a big effect in our finances because staying in different islands will mean separate
expenses with food and accommodation. Moreover, transportation cost is higher.

4. My mother passed away last August 2021 and I’m just the only person capable to take good
care of my father.

5. I strongly believe that my performance in the place where I serve as a public school teacher will
be more effective when I am closest to my home with my wife and my family who are the main
essence of my well-being.
