2. Character Fidelity:
Assess the precision of the cosplayer's portrayal in terms of appearance, accessories, and
mannerisms. Judges will scrutinize the attention to detail, ensuring an authentic representation
that pays homage to the chosen character's distinctive features.

3. On-Stage Artistry:
Elevate the competition with on-stage performances. Participants are invited to showcase their
creativity through short skits, poses, or interactions in character. This dynamic element adds a
theatrical dimension, allowing cosplayers to bring their characters to life on stage.

4. Craftsmanship and Construction:

Evaluate the craftsmanship and construction of the costumes. Consider the quality of
materials, attention to detail in sewing and prop-making, and the overall execution of the

Mechanics and Criteria for Nativity of Jesus:

1. Required Involvement and Material Support:

Participation in the Nativity of Jesus activity is required of every department. It is

mandatory for every participant to provide a minimum of one to two materials, explicitly
indicating whether or not these items are recyclable.

2. Clarity of Narration:

It is imperative for participants to make sure that their creations effectively and
compellingly depict the Nativity tale. The storytelling component ought to be clear, making
it simple for judges to understand the importance of each aspect in the story.

3. Genuineness and Creative Originality:

The design's authenticity is crucial. It is urged of participants to demonstrate their creative

abilities by highlighting the distinctive aspects of their designs. In addition to giving the
representation depth, creativity helps to create a unique quality.

4. Fit with the Theme of the Program:

The manger's design ought to blend in well with the program's main idea. The manager
design's ability to improve and compliment the event's overall thematic cohesiveness will
be evaluated by the judges.

5. Durability and Structural Foundation:

The manger construction should prioritize authenticity, creativity, and durability. A strong
foundation is essential to ensure the longevity of the manger. Judges will evaluate the

and imagination of dancers

Participants should be judged according to their technical skill. Judges will grade each dancer
based on their level of control, timing, fluidity, and perfection. This criterion seeks to identify the
proficiency and knowledge required to carry out dance routines with extraordinary technical
grace..

3.Artistic Expression:

Examine the dancers' capacity for artistic expression and emotional delivery. This component
takes into account the actors' ability to engage the audience, convey a story through
movement, and elicit a strong emotional reaction. The total dance performance gains depth
and resonance from artistic expression.

4.Synchronization and Ensemble Performance:

Evaluate the group performances' coordination and cohesiveness.

When judging group submissions, the judges will focus on the cohesiveness and accuracy of
the dancers, as well as how well the choreography was executed. This mechanism recognizes

5. Musical Interpretation:
Assess the dancers' comprehension and connection to the song. Take into account how well

their tree decorations. This gives the visual presentation more depth and coherence on a
thematic level, adding a storytelling dimension.

3. Visual Reproduction:

Order decorations to visually represent certain aspects of the carefully constructed story. This
guarantees a harmonic blending of aesthetics and storytelling, adding to an overall display that
is both visually appealing and meaningful.

4. Novel Approaches to Decorating:

Promote creative decoration techniques. It is up to the participants to come up with creative

and unique ways to decorate their trees, demonstrating their originality and inventiveness in
the selection and placement of ornaments.

5. Component of Community Engagement:

Add a component for community involvement. To establish a link between the decorated trees
and the larger audience, participants must explain how their tree promotes a feeling of
community and holiday spirit.

6. Maintenance Tasks
Assign occasional tasks, tasks can include (inspecting for, adjusting lighting positions,
repositioning ornaments, or general tidying) during the contest period.

Minimum of 20 maximum of 30 members

classics, or OPM. This guarantees a varied but thematically linked repertory, enabling
performers to demonstrate their skill within predetermined musical genres.
