PART 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Name of the Mission:
The name shall be Nosiku Gift Music Ministry

2. Headquarters/base, outposts, administrative offices and international footing offices:


3. Mission Statement:
 Our mission is to inspire authentic and transformative worship experience through gospel
music, fostering a deeper connection with God.

PART 2: REASONS FOR EXISTANCE


1. Aims:
To save lost souls to the kingdom of God through the singing of our brother Nosiku Gift in the
name of Jesus Christ.
To break the chains of the devil with which he has chained humanity among local tribe of the
area.
2. Objectives:
- To win souls to Jesus Christ and the kingdom of God
- To share the good news, the everlasting gospel and the three angels’ message to the whole
name world.
- To promote the gospel in all local languages as well as sign language and other
communication languages.
3. Goals:
These will be provided in tandem with activities but must ultimately consummate in the aims of
the mission.
4. Guiding Principle:
The Nosiku gift music ministry is a self-supporting Mission that will remain in harmony with the
Seventh day Adventist Church. The mission will remit all offerings and tithes to the church. And
it will refer baptisms, weddings, and funeral ceremonies etc. to the seventh day Adventist church
as the mission has not sought the mandate run a church and does not an independent church but
only operates evangelistic functions to promote the growth of the kingdom of God as stipulated
by and through the seventh day Adventist church.

PART 3: ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

1. Management
A management team will be instituted in line with increased activities at the mission.
-Manager:
The manager shall be the head of the mission and in-charge of all other out posts. He shall be the
focal point of the mission. In his absence, the secretary or his appointee shall carry out the duties
and functions of the manager.
- Secretary:
The secretary will be in charge of all records and for now will also act as the treasurer in the
secretary’s absence the manager or the appointee will carry out the duties and functions of the
secretary.
-Chaplain: He should be a spiritual father with pastor level qualifications
(formal/informal/spiritual and experience) and a seventh day Adventist member who is in good
standing with the church. He will be guiding the ministry to operate in a right and spiritual
manner.
2. Reporting Structure:
All other managers report to the chaplain and receive instructions from him. The chaplain reports
to the board of directors and receives instruction from it. The chaplain and the managers should
full fill the decisions of the board of directors at all times.

3. Mission operations:
All mission operations should be acceptable in the sight of the seventh day Adventist church.
PART 4: THE CONCEPT OF SELF-SUSTENANCE
1. Explanation:
The mission shall strive to be self-sustaining and reduce dependence on others for its operations.
Therefore, the mission will have some business ventures for the purpose of finding funds for its
operations.

Part 5: Decision Making


1. Annual General Meeting:
There shall be an annual general meeting every year. The purpose shall be to collect views from a
broad spectrum and to seek advice etc. It will be headed by the manager and be attended to by
invited individuals or institutions representatives.

2. Board Meetings:

Board meetings shall be called and headed by the manager and be attended to by board members
and all the Nosiku gift ministry committee members.
The decisions shall be binding.

3. Administrative / Operational Meetings:

These shall be called and be headed by the Manager for the Nosiku gift music ministry. The
executive members and the committee members shall attend as deemed relevant by the manager.
The final decisions shall be reviewed and approved or rejected by the house.

Part 6: Policy on Insurance and Indemnification


This shall be developed in due course of the operation of NGMM.

Part 7: Constitutional Prayer, Song, Pledge, Blessing and Curses.


Prayer: Soon to be written
Song: Faith of our fathers living still sung every often.
Pledge: All pledges of the SDA church for we as individuals are not owned by NGMM but by
the body of Christ ‘s church, the seventh day Adventist church.

Blessings and Curses:


The director are convinced and assured of the blessings of God through the soul winning works
of this mission and of the blessings of the seventh day Adventist church through their
commitment to the faith and belief of the seventh day Adventist church in working together and
in remaining in total agreement with the church. God’s blessing will be shares upon all who
work faithfully for cause of Jesus Christ through this seventh day Adventist church following
mission program. May God bless you as you work at this Mission for the growth of the body of
Christ through the Seventh day Adventist Church.
No curses shall be declared on any individual for any reason unless by God himself. However,
the Mission shall not accept and sustain individuals who practice witchcraft, wizardry, Satanism
and any other dark arts, including magic or seeking spirits that mutter in any association. We
have asked God to protect the Ministry members from these very evil practices and against
weapons formed against them and it behooves us not to be parcel part of this evil. May God
punish the NGMM member who becomes part of this evil with full measure according to the
extent of damage done or intended.

Part 8: Dissolution
NGMM is envisioned for the mission not to ever dissolve. All efforts to serve it shall be sort and
exercised by the general manager.
Conditions for dissolution should be genuine and insurmountable.
