PART 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Name of the Mission:
The name shall be Nosiku Gift Music Ministry
1. Management
A management team will be instituted in line with increased activities at the mission.
-Manager:
The manager shall be the head of the mission and in-charge of all other out posts. He shall be the
focal point of the mission. In his absence, the secretary or his appointee shall carry out the duties
and functions of the manager.
- Secretary:
The secretary will be in charge of all records and for now will also act as the treasurer in the
secretary’s absence the manager or the appointee will carry out the duties and functions of the
secretary.
-Chaplain: He should be a spiritual father with pastor level qualifications
(formal/informal/spiritual and experience) and a seventh day Adventist member who is in good
standing with the church. He will be guiding the ministry to operate in a right and spiritual
manner.
2. Reporting Structure:
All other managers report to the chaplain and receive instructions from him. The chaplain reports
to the board of directors and receives instruction from it. The chaplain and the managers should
full fill the decisions of the board of directors at all times.
3. Mission operations:
All mission operations should be acceptable in the sight of the seventh day Adventist church.
PART 4: THE CONCEPT OF SELF-SUSTENANCE
1. Explanation:
The mission shall strive to be self-sustaining and reduce dependence on others for its operations.
Therefore, the mission will have some business ventures for the purpose of finding funds for its
operations.
2. Board Meetings:
Board meetings shall be called and headed by the manager and be attended to by board members
and all the Nosiku gift ministry committee members.
The decisions shall be binding.
These shall be called and be headed by the Manager for the Nosiku gift music ministry. The
executive members and the committee members shall attend as deemed relevant by the manager.
The final decisions shall be reviewed and approved or rejected by the house.
Part 8: Dissolution
NGMM is envisioned for the mission not to ever dissolve. All efforts to serve it shall be sort and
exercised by the general manager.
Conditions for dissolution should be genuine and insurmountable.
