signing this letter of authorization that we have
adopted ORBITS for Insurance Brokerage
Co. to be our exclusive insurance broker.
ORBITS will work on our behalf, to do the
necessary insurance negotiations in order to lure
the best General Insurance or Medical
Insurance deals that fit with our business
activities.
Accordingly, we ask all insurance companies to
provide ORBITS with all kinds of facilities to
get the best competitive offers in terms of prices,
insurance cover, as well as the credit financial
facilities.
This letter revokes any previously issued
authorization for any other broker before the
date mentioned below.
We kindly ask our current insurance
provider to provide ORBITS updated claims’
history reports of our current policies as per
SAMA requirements.
