TAPIOCA PEARLS
Boil water.
Once water is boiling, put tapioca and continuously stir until it rises/floats.
Put lid half covered for 20 minutes, medium heat.
Turn off the heat and completely close the lid for 25 minutes.
Pour tapioca in a plastic strainer and wash in running cold water for 30 seconds.
Put washed tapioca in a container, mix it with brown sugar and once dissolved, add honey (or brown sugar syrup) & water.
