 Boil water.
 Once water is boiling, put tapioca and continuously stir until it rises/floats.
 Put lid half covered for 20 minutes, medium heat.
 Turn off the heat and completely close the lid for 25 minutes.
 Pour tapioca in a plastic strainer and wash in running cold water for 30 seconds.
 Put washed tapioca in a container, mix it with brown sugar and once dissolved, add honey (or brown sugar syrup) & water.

 Mix pudding powder & white sugar, then set aside.


 Boil water.
 Once water is boiling, put the pudding powder and white sugar mixture. Stir continuously until completely dissolved.
 Chill for 1 to 1.5 hours until set.
