Create custom Fiori tile for Analytical Query

Pre-requisite:
1. Create a Customizing Transport Request
2. Query is created and existing in RSRT
3. Custom Semantic object is created in /UI2/SEMOBJ
4. Access to the Fiori Admin
5. Create a Custom Catalog and Group

1. Log in to the Fiori admin page

2. Set the created customizing request in the settings.
3. Click Create Catalog
4. Define the Title and ID
5. Click Save

1. Go to the catalogs tab

2. Click Add tile
3. Click App Launcher - Static

1. Define the Title

2. Add Keywords
3. Define the Semantic object
(created using transaction
/UI2/SEMOBJ)
4. Add the action as the query
name ex. 2CZZ_SA_CASHF_1
5. Click Save

1. Go to Target Mapping

2. Click Create Target Mapping

2. Define the Action as the query
name
3. Set Application Type to
SAPUI5 Fiori App
4. Define the Title
5. Set the URL to
/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/FIN_DS_
ANALYZE
6. Set the ID to
fin.acc.query.analyze

7. Add the parameter XQUERY

with default value = query
name
8. Add the parameter XSYSTEM
with default value = LOCAL
9. Add the parameter XTITLE
with default value same with
the query app name.

10. Click Save

1. Go to Groups tab
2. Click Create Group
3. Define the Title and ID
4. Click Save

5. Click Add Tile

Transport the Custom Analytical Query

Pre-requisite:
1. Access to Configure Software Package App
2. Access to Register Extensions for Transports App
3. Access to Custom Analytical Queries App
4. Custom Package is created. Ex. ZDFI
5. Ensure that the Analytical Query app is published.

Transport the Custom Analytical Query

1. Open Configure Software Packages application

2. Click Add Registration
3. Select a custom package ex. ZDFI
4. Enable Automatic Request Handling and Automatic Task Handling

4. Wait for the status to change from Draft to Published

1. Open Custom Analytical Queries App

2. Search for the custom ZZ* query app
3. Click Publish

3. Select the custom package ex. ZDFI

1. Open Register Extensions for Transport App

2. Select the Query app and click Reassign to Package (if the query is still
not assigned to custom package)

1. Select the custom Query app.

2. Click Assign to Transport Request
3. Select For Change Recording (default)
4. Assign a Workbench Request transport

Next Steps:

1. Release the Workbench request (Analytical Query) and

Customizing request (Custom Query Tile).
2. Move the transports to the Quality system for testing.
3. Ensure that S_ATO_SETUP is configured to all SAP systems.
4. Run report /IWFND/R_COF_VIRUS_PROFILE in SE38 and
switch off the virus scan profile.
5. Transport the Role with the assigned Fiori catalog and group.
6. Test if working in Fiori Launchpad.
