Create the shared folders on the volume

Create 2 global security group for students and

Add under the staff group

Add under the Student group

Create a local domain security group for the students shared folder and assign permissions to
it so that any member of this group can have a full access to the folder. Add the student and
staff group as member of this group.
Create a local domain security group for the public shared folder and assign permissions to it
so that any member of this group can have a full access to the folder. Add everyone group as
member of the group.

3 local domain security group, 2 global security group, 2 users. Assign Permissions for staff
Go to Properties, tab to security, click on advanced

Click on disable inheritance

Click on 1st option

Click OK

Click on edit Option in security tab > Remove Users

Add Staff_shared give full control

Swap to sharing tab>click on advance sharing>Tick into Share this folder click on permissions

Remove everyone and add staff_shared give full control

Assign Permissions for students Go to Properties, tab to security, click on advanced

Click on disable inheritance > 1st option and OK

Click on edit Option in security tab > Remove Users >Add

1 staff_shared give full control
2 Student_Shared give full control

Swap to sharing tab>click on advance sharing>Tick into Share this folder click on permissions
Remove everyone and add staff_shared and Student_Shared give full control to both
