commercial property installations.
MARBLE FLOORING INSTALLATION
PREPARE
Step 1 – measure twice
Measure the dimensions of the area you wish to tile.
Step 2 – clean surface thoroughly & prep
Whether applying marble tiles to floors or walls, it is imperative to start with a clean, dry surface. For flooring, when installing on a
concrete slab, clean the area thoroughly with a wet sponge to remove any dirt.
MARBLE FLOORING INSTALLATION
Install
Step 1 – measure and find center
Step 2 – preview tiles in place and set permanently
After determining the center of the room with the reference lines, you can begin to
experiment with a layout design.
To continue the installation process spread the thin-set on one tile and place it where
desired. Repeat this processes, working with one tile at a time, until you reach the wall.
To keep the placement straight, use the reference lines as a guide
Step 3 – measure twice, cut once
Carefully measure and make a straight line with a pencil on marble tiles prior to cutting.
Step 4 – wait 24 hours before proceeding to step 5
Step 5 – mix & apply grout
Fill a bucket with warm clean water and dampen a sponge to clean the excess grout
away from the grout lines. Do not gouge or wash out the grout. Clean the entire surface
with water, repeating as necessary, to remove all grout from the tops of the tiles.
Step 6 – wait 24 hours to apply sealer
After you’ve allowed your grout to dry for 24 hours, make sure the surface is clean, and
free of dirt. Apply a tile sealer, made specifically for marble, according to manufacturer’s
instructions. Apply as many coats as it takes until the marble tile and the grout stops
absorbing the sealer

GFRC
GFRC wall cladding
Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC). It is a significant
improvement over traditional concrete and has been steadily
replacing it in countless cases.

GFRC stands for Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete. This type of

fiber-reinforced concrete contains glass fibers. The concrete
matrix binds to these glass fibers, and the addition of glass
fibers leads to improved reinforcing and mechanical
properties of the concrete and higher tensile strength.

GFRC weigh less than traditional concrete panels but are

stronger; hence, their popularity when additional
reinforcement is necessary. Therefore, using a thinner GFRC
panel instead of a bulkier panel with steel reinforcing bars
leads to a saving in space.
- Strong – The glass fiber reinforced concrete is composed of several different minerals to
allow strength and flexibility. The fiberglass reinforcement makes it incredibly powerful
compared to many other materials currently on the market.

- Waterproof and Fireproof – GFRC is made to withstand all weather types. It is durable,
waterproof, and fireproof, making it an ideal material in modern architectural design.

- Flexible – GFRC is malleable and pours clean into each mold. This helps to guarantee a
consistent appearance every time. It can easily be shaped while maintaining its strength,
making it an ideal choice for your next exterior (or interior) project.

- Cost-Effective – GFRC is less expensive than many other materials. Although the upfront
costs are competitive, the cost of installation, shipping, and supplementary materials is much
less.

- Quick Installation – Because this material is lightweight, it is simple to install with a reduced
likelihood of error and requiring less supporting material.
GFRC wall cladding

In indoor enclosures that simulate caves or grottoes,

artificial rock covers walls and ceilings.
-The layout of elements from the user’s point of view,
so that they are hidden from view. Cavities, grooves,
interposition of intermediate elements and the shape of
the rock itself are some useful resources.

-The use of pre-frames, recessed boxes or mechanisms

that will be used to install the devices at a later date. For
this purpose, a system of spraying the artificial rock in
two layers is used. The initial layer is used to fix and
embed the different elements. Once installed, the final
layer of themed mortar is used for the aesthetic finish.

BRASS 04
BRASS

Alpha brasses are known for their excellent cold workability, which is a result of their ductility.
They offer good corrosion resistance and are often used for forming and drawing applications.
These alloys can be hardened through cold working, and their mechanical properties can be
improved by adding small amounts of elements like iron, aluminum, and silicon.

The primary advantages of alpha brasses include their excellent cold workability, good corrosion
resistance, and attractive appearance. They are often used for architectural and decorative
applications due to their bright color and ability to maintain a polished finish.

These brasses have a combination of good cold and hot working properties, making them suitable
for forging, pressing, and machining applications. They can be heat-treated to achieve different
levels of strength and ductility, and small amounts of lead can be added to improve machinability.

05 GLASS
Revolving Door

The term "revolving door" refers to the movement of

high-level employees from public-sector jobs to
private-sector jobs and vice versa. The idea is that
there is a revolving door between the two sectors as
many legislators and regulators become lobbyists and
consultants for the industries they once regulated and
some private industry heads or lobbyists receive
government appointments that relate to their former
private posts.
ALUMINUM GLASS FRAME

Tempered glass is about 2.5 times stronger than standard glass of the same
thickness in terms of physical or thermal shock. It is typically used for safety and
strength. The glass is heated to a uniform temperature and instantly cooled to
strengthen the glass. This makes the inner core of the glass stay fluid longer than
the outer surface layer, which allows an equivalent amount of tensile prestress in
the core and compressive prestress in the surface layer to be formed. The
compressive prestress on the surface is preventing existing microcracks from
growing thus making tempered glass stronger than normal glass. The common
maximum dimension is 4.0 x 2.4m. The glass thickness is typically 4,5,6,8,10,12,15, or
19mm.

Tempered glass has a typical breaking strength of 120 N/mm2. When tempered
glass breaks, it shatters into several non-cutting and fine pieces, avoiding the risk of
injury.
