My name is (Agent name), I’m


calling from Ethical Prospecting. We helped you in changing your energy provider recently, and
the reason I’m calling is to let you know about some amazing rebates being offered by the NSW
govt on upgrading the Hot Water System.

So if you don’t mind me asking which system are you currently using, is it an electric Hot Water
System or is it a gas or solar one?

(wait for the answer….)

Okay that’s great, so before we proceed for the rebate application, we just need to conduct a
Virtual Site Assessment. This involves us in collecting a specific set of photos from your side.

The photos that we need are:


1. One photo of the switchboard clearly showing all the elements within the switchboard.
2. One photo of the compliance label of the current hot water system where we can clearly
see the brand model serial number and heating capacity.
3. One photo of the current hot water system clearly showing the unit and its location in the
installation environment.
4. Electricity bill including the billing period, amount due and due date.
5. Your property address, email and mobile number..

After we receive these photos we will right away process the rebate application, and the
installation department will contact you within 2-3 days and they will let you know of everything
that you need to do from your side.
So now just one last question for you,

Is there any fan or vent connected on your hot water system?

(If they are unable to understand you, you can also ask them this…)

IS THERE ANY EXHAUST FAN SORT OF A THING CONNECTED TO THE SYSTEM?

Or,

DOES YOUR SYSTEM MAKE ANY NOISE WHEN IT IS WORKING OR IT DOESN'T MAKES
ANY NOISE?)

Customer: Yes there is a fan, vent, exhaust or it does make noise.

Agent: I am sorry we are not doing system which is having a fan, vent, exhaust or it does makes
noise. Because it's already a heat pump which is the latest one so you don't have to upgrade it.

Customer: No there is no fan, vent, exhaust or it doesn't make noise.

Alright, so sir/ma'am you do perfectly qualify for the hot water system upgrade. What I will do for
you now I'll quickly transfer my call to my product manager they will guide you further and let
you know more about the product information like the size and brand. But before that I hope this
is your current postcode (read it from the screen, if it's wrong ask their correct postcode)....
