CS Intern Part-time at MENTORI. I have always loved working with a
passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, and when I saw

equipped me with the ability to effectively understand and address customer
needs. Additionally, my experience working part-time in a retail environment
has honed my interpersonal skills and taught me the importance of delivering
personalized service to each individual.
I am drawn to the dynamic nature of the industry and the chance to contribute
to a team that values creativity and forward-thinking. I am confident that my
strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability will allow me to thrive in this
fast-paced environment.
In my previous role, I consistently received positive feedback from both
customers and colleagues for my ability to remain calm and composed in
challenging situations. I pride myself on my ability to actively listen,
empathize, and find effective solutions to meet customer needs
I am confident that my strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
will enable me to effectively represent SpinDead and provide exceptional
service to its customers.
I have helped the Sales manager in managing the everyday schedule, and
responsibilities apart from placing hundreds of calls to bring leads for the
company, Viettel Group.
