To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to be writing a letter of recommendation for Alexa Paolini. I am a first grade

teacher at Mary Casey Black Elementary School and have had the honor of working closely with
Alexa this school year. Alexa has been my intern through the Liberty High School TLC
program.

Alexa has demonstrated exceptional qualities throughout her time in my classroom. Alexa is
responsible, hard working, and reliable. While working with students she has displayed
kindness, patience and compassion. These qualities have set her apart from previous interns that
have worked in my classroom.

Alexa consistently showed up to the classroom on time and was prepared for any task that
needed to be completed. She quickly picked up on the daily routines and would often come in
and take the initiative to get started without having to be prompted. Alexa was extremely
prepared with lesson plans. She was always keeping students engaged in lessons and quickly
built relationships with all students.. Her patience and compassion throughout her lessons helped
students feel confident in themselves. Students always looked forward to the days she would be
in the classroom.

Alexa is an amazing professional and an even better person. I have no doubt that Alexa will
excel in any future endeavors that she pursues. I have no hesitation recommending Alexa Paolini
for any future opportunities she may seek.
