BUSINESS ANALYST

Brief & Role

o2h tech is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other
business analysts and report directly to the Project Manager. Your main tasks will include performing
detailed requirement analysis, documenting processes,supporting the team in pre-sales activities and
performing functional testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural and analytical way of
thinking and should be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. The successful candidate
will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by
supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks.
The successful candidate will be given full support to grow their skills and encouraged to introduce any
new initiatives they are passionate about to help company growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our
integration
● Work with senior team members to carry out customer implementations and program
enhancements
● Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into
functional and non-functional requirements
● Requirement gathering, Requirement analysis, Gap analysis
● Create FRD, BRD, wire frames, user stories.
● Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
● Participate in the implementation, design, setup, and review processes
● Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better
value to the customer
● Proactively communicate key insights and findings from the performance to the relevant internal
teams

Skills & Characteristics

● Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage relationships
with internal and external collaborators
● Strong written communication skills including business technical writing and proofreading
● Good documentation skills with attention to detail
● Able to understand and take accountability and ownership for task assigned
● Able to understand the importance of collaborators and their expectations
● Good understanding of latest technologies and frameworks for IT software development
● Well-versed with MS Suite including MS Excel, MS Doc, MS PowerPoint and related
● Basic knowledge of tools such as JIRA
● Basic knowledge of SDLC concepts, Waterfall,Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
● Basic knowledge of modeling techniques and methods
● Be highly motivated to initiate projects and work under aggressive deadlines
● Good team work skills; able to support and work in collaboration with project teams
● Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment in a
transparent and entrepreneurial culture
● Curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery with a strong desire to help build the o2h culture
● Exceptional attention to detail, positivity, focus and a winning mentality allied with kindness
● Ready to work in any shifts (First, General, Adj. Gen and Second)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
