Dear Hon. Zopi:

We have followed your remarkable services to Liberia with specific contribution in

the educational sector, and herewith invite you to serve as Guest Speak at our
upcoming 1st graduation convocation, slated for Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the hour of
11:00 A.M in the edifice of the Life Plus Church. The Life International Christian
Academy is a faith-based institution founded on August 2, 2022 and has been
committed to providing quality and early childhood education to hundreds of deprived
students at a very minimum cost across the Barnesville Township and its environs.

In light of this, we are also soliciting on your financial support for the procurement of
three hundred (300) pieces of arm-chairs at the unit cost of ten(10) United States
Dollars (USD) to facilitate a conducive learning environment for our students during
the next academic school year. Attached is a copy of our expenditure plan for the
procurement of the armed chairs for your perusal and kind consideration.

Thanks in advance for your presence and support, and we look forward to the
prospect of you speaking at our 1st graduation convocation.
