To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Nea Holmes, who has been
under my supervision/mentorship at El Capitan High School since her sophomore year of high
school in 2021-2022. During this period, I have had the opportunity to closely observe
leadership performance and contributions.

Nea is an exceptional individual with a unique set of skills and qualities that make her stand out.
She possesses a keen intellect, exceptional work ethic, and a strong commitment to excellence
in all tasks undertaken. Nea demonstrates outstanding problem-solving abilities and an
eagerness to take on new challenges.

One of her most remarkable attributes is her ability to collaborate effectively with team
members. I was able to witness this during her time on my soil’s judging team that placed 5th at
the State FFA Finals. She has also been a strong asset to our FFA Chapter’s Ag Leadership
class. She took on tasks without hesitation and led others in completing what they needed to
accomplish. Nea is not only open to constructive feedback but also adept at learning from it and
incorporating improvements into her work. Nea has exhibited strong leadership qualities. She
takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is great at guiding others towards achieving the
group’s objectives.

In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Nea Holmes for any scholarship or job opportunity
presented. She has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization, and I am confident
that her skills, dedication, and personality will continue to make her successful in any endeavor
she chooses to pursue.

Please feel free to contact me if you require any further information. I am more than willing to
provide additional details about Nea and her qualifications.

Sincerely,

Kaylyn Davenport
