In today's world there's a growing concern about whether schools are teaching

students the right stuff. While school teaches things like history and chemistry,
some important skills like handling money and cooking are often missed out. I
believe schools aren't trying to help us develop a successful future.
It is often said that acquiring academic knowledge by learning subjects like
math and science is important, but in my opinion it's not enough. Sure, they help
us understand the world around us, but they’re introducing us to a system that
won’t matter once you get out of school.
Another important point is that many students graduate without knowing how to
manage their money properly. They need to learn about things like paying bills
and how to save for the future on their own.
Lastly, cooking is another important skill that schools often forget about. As
students grow up, they need to know how to cook healthy meals for themselves.
In the current state of things they might end up relying too much on fast food,
which isn't good for their health.
In conclusion, schools need to do more than just teach academic subjects. They
should also focus on teaching practical skills. This way, students will get a
chance to have a brighter future.
