Kira Talent Interview

You have passed the initial education/English proficiency admission requirements and have now been
moved forward to the final stage of the Supply Chain and Logistics Post-Degree Diploma admission
process. This final stage requires you to submit your video interview.

You will be receiving a link to the Kira Talent website within 3 business days. Please check all of your
email folders for this link, including your spam folder. You will have 10 business days to submit your
interview after receiving the invitation.

Once you create an account on the Kira Talent website, you are allowed as many practice questions as
you like. When you decide to start your formal submission, you will be asked a question and are then
provided time to think and organize your response. You then have 90 seconds to record your response.
You are allowed to reference notes you may have written down in your preparation time. You will then
move on to the next two questions. You will answer 3 randomized questions to complete your
interview.

Kira Talent offers you many tips on how to submit successful interviews with ample practice
opportunities. You will not be required to answer any questions specific to the Supply Chain industry. It’s
critical that you spend time preparing for your interview. Please see some suggestions below for a
successful interview:

- Students are provided 10 business days to submit their interview upon receiving the invitation
from Kira Talent. Students are also given an opportunity prior to the real assessment to practice
with similar questions that tests the following competencies. Use the practice questions to get
comfortable with the process prior to submitting your interview. Questions will be based on the
following areas:

• Proactive/Initiative
• Intercultural awareness/open-mindedness
• Grit/Time Management Skills/Adaptability

- Dress appropriately as you would for a job interview

- Admission in the program is not guaranteed. Students who do not pass the interview with the
minimum required score will not receive an Offer of Admission and will be removed from the
intake.
All submissions are independently reviewed by two or more administrators in the Supply Chain program
and receive a combined score after your interview has been reviewed. You will not be permitted to
submit a re-take after your final submission except for technical difficulties in which administrators
cannot accurately review the interview.

Students who meet the minimum score required for admission will receive an Offer of Admission within
10 business days of submitting their interview.

We look forward to receiving your interview.
