DEFERMENT/SUSPENSION REQUEST:

After course commencement

1. Receive the full filled request form from the student.


2. Check the outstanding fee of the student
3. If more than 21 days, student has to pay $300 for fee (if not we will waive)
4. Send the Travel approval.
5. Amend on Prisms if more than 21 days then send the revised COE

Before course commencement:

1. Receive the full filled request form from the student.


2. Amend on RTO Teams Send, send revised OL then asked student to sign.
3. Once OL has been signed, amend on Prisms then send the student revised COE.

NON-COMMENCEMENT:

1. If the student did not attend to the orientation => 1st warning email
2. After 7 days, send the 2nd warning email
3. After 14 days, send final warning email with COE(s) cancelled, cc agent in the email.

MISBEHAVIOUR, NON-PAYMENT, A BREACH OF COURSE PROGRESS OR ATTENDANCE


REQUIREMENTS

1. Send the 1st warning after a week tuition fee due, or missed 3 classes.
2. Send a notice of intention to report and 20 working days to access the registered provider’s
internal complaints and appeals process.
3. Cancel the COEs on Prisms, update on RTO Teams then send the Cancelled COE to student
and agent.

UNSATISFACTORY COURSE PROGRESS:

1. Send the 1st warning and ask student to attend the Intervention, pay the fee for resubmission
(or also pay extension fee if have to)
2. If the student did not attend after 1st warning email sent, send the 2nd email notice of
intention to report
3. Within 20 days no appeal, cancel the COE, update on Prisms and RTO Teams then send to the
student and agent
