Rutina.
Morning Routine:
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Return home and take care of personal tasks,
such as cleaning, doing laundry, and preparing lunch.
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Enjoy a well-deserved break and have a
nutritious lunch.
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Dedicate time to your studies, whether it's
researching new training techniques, reading fitness-related
literature, or attending online courses.
Evening Routine:
5:00 PM: Head to the gym to focus on your own workout routine
for approximately one hour.
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Socialize and spend time with friends, either
by going out for a meal, engaging in recreational activities, or
simply catching up.
8:00 PM: Return home and begin preparing for the next day,
such as organizing your training equipment, reviewing client
schedules, and packing your bag.
Weekends:
