Examples are sandboarding in the dunes, kayak-
ing on the Atlantic Ocean, or a game drive in an
open 4x4 in beautiful Etosha National Park. Or take
a unforgettable ride in a hot air balloon and enjoy
the views of the Sossusvlei. There are countless

These activities will make your experience of

EXPERIENCE
Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch is
taking care of a number of cheetahs
that are not able to live in the wild as
they lived in captivity for most of their
lives. Their hunting skills are under-
developed, and they are fed by hand.

WALK
The San, commonly known as
Bushmen, are the indigenous
stewards of the Kalahari. On a guided
walk with the San you’ll learn about
their ancient ways of survival in the
desolate desert; trapping animals,
searching for and storing water, medi-
cinal flora and life in the San village.

 HORSEBACK SAFARI
Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch is known
for their unique horseback safaris.
Whether you’re a beginner or an
experienced rider, you can jump on a
horseback and experience the tranquility
of the desert on a guided tour through the

refreshing drink on the red dunes before
heading back to the ranch.

 KAYAKING
The Walvis Bay Lagoon is known for its
biodiversity and calm and shallow
waters. With kayaks, you will get close
to pelicans, flamingos, dolphins and
especially the playful seals. You will be
provided with warm jackets, waterproof

Join an adventurous drive over the dunes
with an experienced guide to discover the
hidden jewels of the Namib desert. The
coastal dune belt may seem barren and
lifeless, but it is alive with a fascinating
variety of little desert adapted animals -
come see the Dancing White Lady
Spider, the Namib Dune Gecko and learn
about the many different beetles and
insects and how they survive in the
desert. Follow the tracks of the Side-
winder Snake and Desert Chameleon
while enjoying a scenic dune drive
combined with fun and adrenalin.

QUAD BIKE TOURS &
SANDBOARDING
Quad bike tour on the coast takes you
to places in the desert where even the
4x4 cars struggle to get to. But don’t
worry, the quads are easy to handle -
even for beginners.
Choose between a 1 or 2 hour guided
tour and feel the rush of speed in the
sea of sand.
Minimum 2 persons.

Try out one of the favorite pastimes of

the locals: sandboarding. You wouldn’t
believe how slippery sand can be at
Dune 7, one of the biggest dunes in
the area. You can either lie down on
the board, kind of like sleighing, or
stand up which is closer to
snowboarding.
The package includes transport from
Swakopmund or Walvis Bay and a
light lunch with drinks.

few have ever visited. A place where giant between the silky sea and
sand dunes run straight into the ocean, hot desert”
creating breathtaking sceneries and unique

the way to the magnificent bay, you will spot
