Question 1
First of all I would try to keep the kids and myself calm , since a situation like that can be
stressful since you don’t know when or if you’ll be able to get out. Second I would try to
distract the kid and find different techniques to maintain control over the situation. And
lastly I would try to find out safe ways to get to safety or to keep everyone alive as long
as possible.
Question 2
I believe since there was no other way to get the kids out of the cave and since the
conditions worsened every day leaving less time to figure out new plans , the plan they
came up with was risky and creative and saved their lives. I would try to come up with a
similar plan involving the kids having to dive through the caves.
Question 3
Preventions
1- The weather conditions around the area , and daily have contact with the
weather forecast to understand the safeness of the cave.
2- Have a tour guide that knows the area and is trained for drastic situations like
such.
3- Have a visiting hour , after certain hours you cant go into the cave.
4- Have a distance limit , you may not go beyond certain point of the cave for safety
reasons.
5- Have an age limit and control over the area , small children are only allowed to go
with an adult under certain conditions.
