Human Resource/Administrative Manager (Axis Resource Limited and Delta Flash Intervention), May 2020 to 2023

 Lead and directed the routine functions of HR department which included hiring and interviewing staff,
administering pay, benefits, leave and enforcing of company policies and practices.
 Paid attention to hiring the right people for the job, provided security to employees etc.
 Paid attention to grievances of staff and administered swift solutions where necessary and within my capability.
 Made sure invoices are submitted on time to client and with accuracy for payment processes and this act helped
me to always pay my workers on time to achieve staff satisfaction.

did so by maintaining client records, visiting regularly and addressing complaints.
