1. Which among the pictures do you consider an artwork that gives greater
influence to Philippine art? Explain (Lesson 3.1)
Analysis -3.Norman Rockwell/the art critic (1972)/mutual art
-Norman Rockwell, was an American painter and illustrator, best known
for his depictions of everyday life and idealized Americana. He was born in
New York City and began his career as a freelance illustrator at the age of
18.Rockwell was also a prolific painter and produced many works that are
now housed in museums and private collections around the world.
2. What degree of aesthetic values are the paintings of? (Lesson 3.3)

a. Sotein-Scary(glooms and fears)


-The woman in this painting is thoughtful and brooding, which is often
most seen as a masculine expression in portraits. The Red in her dress
is not vivid, but gives a sense of power and confidence.
b. Hirst-Perverse(glooms and impresses)
-He became famous for a series of artworks in which dead animals
(including a shark, a sheep, and a cow) are preserved, sometimes
having been dissected, in formaldehyde.
c. Kalo -Horrible(glooms and saddens)
-This painting is the first one in her series. She remarked this
painting is about "...how I imagined I was born."

-Respect for Elders:Filipino language, customs, and traditions all
demonstrate the people's deep respect for seniors. This value is also closely related
to the idea of "utang na loob," or owing money to other people. Overall,
highlighting these cultural influences in relation to the concept of Filipino
"pagkatao" can demonstrate the value of family and the knowledge that can be
gained from older generations. It can also help promote a deeper understanding
and appreciation of the Philippines in the international community.

Reflection -Yes,Because it's common to explore and experiment with different
compositional arrangements and configurations to find the best approach
for a given task. This can involve trying out different model architectures,
feature representations, optimization algorithms, and other design choices
to see what works best. Researchers can create models that are more
effective and efficient through this iterative process of experimentation and
evaluation.
