one. Players are encouraged to test their aim and exert the most effort by the treasures

within, which vary in value from small tokens to big awards.

Holding their breath as the toy bullet or dart goes in the air, players aim with a

firm hand and remarkable concentration. With a satisfying pop, the balloon then releases

its secret, posing a question for them to respond to that prompts excited and educational

Executive Summary

According to the study of Peter Catalanotto, an American illustrator, education

does not often come to mind with in conjunction with entertainment, but that is exactly

what edutainment is. Edutainment is designed with the aim of educating with the use of

media, modern and traditional games to help individuals learn and engage in fun

activities. Popping Mania is a thrilling and entertaining game that goes beyond simple

gaming. Colorful balloons concealing tricky but easy questions transports participants

into a joyful and educational world. Every pop, regardless of the goal—small tokens or

large prizes—is a victory moment. Popping Mania is more than simply a game; it's a

thriving center of entertainment and education where people come to make memories

and laugh aloud.

The idea of the creative game was inspired with the previous marian fair wherein

a somewhat similar game was executed. However, there is a distinct difference from the

previous game as now, there is questions involved in the execution of the game. Apart

from that, players may opt to use toy guns or darts but there is a difference in price. In

essence, the intelligence and critical thinking skills is used in the execution of the game.

Making it enjoyable but educational experience to those that may partake in the game.

The owners are from the creative students of 11-Our Lady of the Holy Rosary,

Ms. Angelene A. Diangson as the Director, assisted by, Mr. Isaac A. Amistad. Ms.

Dhenielle Moira P. Sison as the Marketing Officer, Mr. Nathan O. Dagsa as the Finance

Officer, Mr. Gerry Garagal and Mr. Geryl Dagat as the Managers of Supply Department

and Mr. Jereen Paul G. Servano as the Company’s Secretary It is located at Saint

Mary’s Academy of Guiuan, San Jose St., Poblacion, Guiuan, Philippines.

Company Overview

The idea of Poppin’ Mania started as the creative minds of selected students

from 11- Our Lady of the Holy Rosary ignited and formed a game wherein all ages can

enjoy and can test their knowledge at the same time. With this, the creators of Poppin’

Mania who shared their passion for innovation and fun a created a game tirelessly and

with perseverance to spread education and fun amongst visitors. Popping Mania

captured the hearts of players young and old. With its colorful balloons, enticing prizes,

and contagious energy, and will draw crowds from far and wide.

Unlike other games, Poppin’ Mania is a creative game in which it is popular and

easy to learn in all ages. For the creators of the game, the real prize was witnessing the

grins on people's faces and the excitement and friendship that filled the space as well as

the laughter and cheers. For them, Popping Mania was more than simply a game; it was

a realization of a dream and evidence of the strength of drive, imagination, and the

conviction that everything is achievable with enough effort and specially, knowledge.

Market Analysis

The demand for educational games is expanding quickly, as is the desire for

these games. Despite all the obstacles, a lot of organizations, individuals, and schools

are searching for entertaining and interesting ways to teach, and educational games

offer a great way to do this. The well-known game "Poppin' Mania" has been shown to

Poppin’ Mania will be established at SMAG’s Mother Ignacia Multi-Purpose

Covered Structure. Conveniently, many of the target customers are known to loiter and

stroll on this area.

To appeal participants, a joyful and anticipating atmosphere will be implemented

and colorful and eye-catching designs will be implemented in order to create a fun zone

for the interested participants. For the officers of the business to be identified from

others, the officers will wear badges to be pinned on their clothes with the title, “Showty”

(for male) and “Dartlings”(for female). The assigned “Showty” and “Dartlings” will also be

advised to wear ribbons and crowns with the company to be identified and be

distinguished from others.

The designated “Showty” and “Dartlings” will distribute flyers as well during

vacant school hours or will be posted in assigned places. The contents of our leaflet will

feature glimpses of the potential prizes customers may win in addition to brief

descriptions of the activities that will grab their interest. We will also distribute flyers and

other promotional materials online via Facebook and other social media sites, as the

majority of our target market is frequently active on these platforms. The copy of flyers

and badges will be attached in the appendix.

Customer Analysis

The targeted customers of Poppin’ Mania will include: students from the school,

students from different schools, alumni and school personnel. Conveniently, all ages can

play this enjoying game and will be assisted by the assigned “Showty” and “Dartlings” in

regards to the rules, instructions, and the prizes of the game.

Popping Mania has attracted a diverse and passionate audience with its

fascinating blend of prize-winning interest and balloon-popping excitement. By

meticulous observation and research, we have uncovered important insights into the

characteristics of our loyal clients. Popping Mania will be a popular destination for friends

or even individuals whom are looking for interactive entertainment because of its fun

gameplay and chance for bonding over common experiences.

Customers are also welcome to pick their weapon of choice (either a toy gun or a

dart) in popping the balloons. Also, they are welcome to pick their choice of prize, (if

there are options) prizes will also be appropriate to all ages and genders to order to

ensure diversity. Furthermore, consolation prizes such as stickers and candies will be

given to participants who lost in the game in appreciation for their time and efforts in

partaking in the game.

reaching decisions on crucial matters. One of the people who helps with the

implementation of marketing plans is their marketing officer. The finance officer will

manage the financial situation of the Poppin’ Mania and will assign the cashier; all

members must be assigned as a cashier. All supply chain-related operations, such as

planning, sourcing, and prize and equipment management, where appropriate, are

supported by the manager of supply department. Lastly, all basic cleaning within and

around the facility is the responsibility of the all the officers at Poppin’ Mania.

The Director: Ms. Angelene A. Diangson

The duties of the director of Poppin’ Mania are extensive and go much beyond

the obvious. It include team leadership, financial stewardship, operational management,

strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Creating and carrying out a vision that

drives the business ahead in the competitive entertainment industry is at the heart of her

complicated profession. The foundation of the director's duties is strategic planning. It
